make is what you use when you're trying to build an application from a 
set of source files.

These are pre-built pkgs. To install on Ubuntu, download the .deb file 
for your system architecture, then install with:

	dpkg -i filename.deb

Or, to enable regular updates, you could add the quoted sources.list 
entries to your sources file, under /etc/apt, then:

	apt-get update && apt-get install rawstudio

(I've not tried either yet, but this would be the normal method)
