I don't hack much C or C++ at all, so it took some doing. First of all,
RawSpeed's makefile assumes that you're using Rawstudio 1.1, which it
shouldn't. The next issue was the fact that you get wrong results from
pkg-config --cflags rawstudio-daily. I had to insert the proper include
path manually.

FYI, two otherwise untouched images look identical with and without the
RawSpeed plugin, so this is likely not the source of my woes.
